Every FreightSnap device can be accessed remotely for diagnostics and troubleshooting. All support services are included as part of your annual support fee. Most problems are fixed quickly online. But if an on-site repair is needed, we’ll dispatch an authorized tech and provide a Statement of Work for customer approval
